I ordered a pair of boots which came quickly, when i tried them on they felt a little tight. I decided i am going to exchange them, i received the boots on 22/01/26 and sent them back on the 23/01/26. I have confirmed that the returned boots have been received, but i still have not received the bigger size that i have exchanged for. Every time i call its some excuse about the warehouse at this point i would like my £280 back.
