Hello, I have been charged twice for renting a private mobile number through the website without receiving the service at all. One payment was made via direct PayPal and the other through the wallet option. Despite both payments going through successfully, no private number was provided and the service was never activated. This situation is completely unacceptable. I request an immediate full refund for both charges. I am including screenshots as proof of payments and lack of service delivery. Please address this issue urgently and confirm when the refunds have been processed. I want to inform you that the direct PayPal payment has already been reported to them. Regards.
