As a buyer outside the EU, the pre-sales customer service was exceptional. The director went above and beyond to ensure I received a suitable product. Unfortunately, the furniture was damaged in transit. The company worked constructively to resolve the issue, but when their suggested solutions fell short, communication ceased for several months until the consumer authority got involved. Ultimately, matters were resolved positively through mediation. Pre-sales 5 stars, after-sales 2 stars.
