The first comment I made was not a rant, it was like the second comment I made today, a comment. And by the way, I never got a response from the first comment I sent you.
And regarding the remark I made about you not being able to take constructive criticism, that was in general, please do not words in my mouth, I quite clearly stated I was making a comment.
It is quite obvious that you can't accept any non good comments made about you as a company which is really disappointing and sad. If you think the first message you sent me today, was not rude, and unnecessary with emjos you sent me, then I would re-read it.
All you had to do is answer my comment in a non rude and un-sarcastic way, instead you have chosen to go on attack.
I was warned that Another One Raffles did not like comments or constructive criticism given about them, and that they tend to attack people on trust pilot for anything said negative about them, but I thought that was nonsense, until today.
The fact you have not apologised for the rude and unnecessary first message to me today, including sending those emojis shows no professionalism on your part as a company.
You could have just sent a message back to me today, with the points made in your first message today, but you choose not to. You choose to attack me in writing.
I know if you enter a competition it is pot luck, it is not a guarantee, but anybody should be able to make comment or criticism about your company without the way your company answered back to me today.
This will be my last message to you, as I can see you think speaking to me in the message today was okay, and not rude. Let me just say this, it was very rude and unnecessary.
