I found them very helpful and friendly. I needed to change the insurance over permanently to a different car (long story, and complicated), and they made that change and also renewed the insurance ahead of the renewal date and made it all very easy (and as cost effective as it was feasible to do). I find An Post to be the very best for communication over insurance issues. I recommend them strongly.
