I have tried the shampoo, conditioner and keratin treatment. I cannot fault any. The shampoo and conditoner smell divine. The shampoo cleans my hair but does not leave it dry. The conditioner treats my dry, colour treated hair and the keratin treatment controls my frizzy hair. Once treated and straightened the keratin treatment really does keep my frizzy, dry hair straight. The customer service is second to none, mind you what do you expect the products are like these, faultless. I will definitely be ordering again
