I recently found out my medical supplies were not getting shipped to me because my insurance with Anthem had changed. Called the Anthem Customer support team, spoke with Taylor, then Tammie, then Leigh, then back with Taylor. Taylor was trying to get information from another group, however the phone system timed out and disconnected me. Called back, asked the AI to connect me back to Tammy, got connected to Tammie. Tammie went out of her way and tried to reconnect me to Taylor, who was still working on getting the needed information. Told to wait a bit and Taylor would call me back. Called back later and got Leigh, who repeated what Tammie had told me. Taylor continued to grind away at the other group, got the information, and heroically got me the right person at the other group to talk to. Excellent work by all, consider me a very happy customer.
