This is the most disappointing letting agency I have ever encountered, even worse than those I dealt with during university. I rented through this service for around five years. Throughout that time, they were consistently rude and unhelpful. They repeatedly refused to perform necessary repairs, failed to change my rent payment date, and then accused me of late payments for years, despite having paid them a significant amount to adjust the date. After completing the initial fixed-term contract, we moved to a rolling contract. However, they pressured us into signing a new fixed-term agreement without a legitimate reason, seemingly to prevent us from leaving, and did so under the threat of eviction. When we informed them that we were in the final stages of buying a house and only needed a few extra weeks without committing to another full year, they attempted to evict me and my pregnant wife. Their actions nearly caused us to lose our property purchase. They also allowed us to paint the property and are now trying to charge us for repainting. Lastly, they are attempting to withhold the maximum amount from our deposit after the tenancy ended, even though the property was in a comparable condition to when we initially moved in. These are not all the issues we experienced, but they should be more than enough for anyone to make the right decision and choose almost any other agency.
