This is the most frustrating letting agency I have ever dealt with, including those during my time at university. I rented through this service for about five years. During that period, they were consistently rude and unhelpful. They repeatedly refused to make necessary repairs, failed to adjust my rent payment date, and then accused me of late payments for years, even though I had already paid them a significant amount to change the date. After finishing the initial fixed-term contract, we transitioned to a rolling contract. However, they pressured us into signing a new fixed-term agreement without a valid reason, seemingly to prevent us from leaving, and did so under the threat of eviction. When we informed them that we were in the final stages of purchasing a house and only needed a few extra weeks without committing to another full year, they attempted to evict me and my pregnant wife. Their actions nearly caused us to lose the purchase of our property. They also granted us permission to paint the property and are now trying to charge us for repainting. Lastly, they are attempting to withhold the maximum possible amount from our deposit after the tenancy ended, even though the property was in a similar condition to when we first moved in. These are not all the issues we faced, but they should be more than enough for anyone to make the right choice and select virtually any other agency.
