He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which made us feel confident managing our new pool. He was also very attentive, taking the time to answer all of our questions without rushing.What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with everything—from maintenance to equipment operation. When our app wouldn’t connect, he even returned the same day on his way home to check on it once we had our Wi-Fi sorted out.We truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend!
