This company is a complete disaster. I subscribed to Claude Pro (11:22 PM), and my account was instantly BANNED by 11:23 PM. They took my money, issued an immediate refund, and locked all my data.
To make things worse, they have NO real customer support. No ticket system, no chat, just a generic Google Form that they never answer. It is unacceptable for a multi-billion dollar AI company to treat paying users like this.
Do not trust them with your money or your projects. They will ban you for simply trying to pay for their service. Moving to OpenAI immediately.
