These people don't understand that. Customer service is absolutely useless.They have a phone number that goes immediately to voicemail, you leave a message and DON'T RESOLVE, they just send an email. I ordered the table I never expected the delivery to be so long. We sold our house and moved to a new address and informed them if it was going to be after 06/21/24 the address would have to be changed to the new address, they did NOTHING, ONLY An EMAIL RESPON, now the table arrives and is ready to be delivered, and the sender cannot change the address without Antique Farmhouse's approval and guess what they have not yet done anything!!! We have paid in full and due to incompetence is located in Jacksonville fl and cannot be delivered to the customer who has paid in full.
