They have plenty of photos (and videos) of their items for review and the details they provide on the pieces' history is great!Before making a purchase, I sent an inquiry to the company about resizing a piece, to which they were very prompt to respond and accommodating in my request. Then, when I made my purchase, I was impressed at how quickly they resized my item and got it sent internationally. They kept me updated at the progress of my purchase and I really appreciated that. On top of the pleasant and easy customer experience, I am beyond pleased with my ring! It is gorgeous, it has a story, and now I get to add to its story. If I'm ever in the market for a piece of antique jewelry again, this will be the first place that I look!
