John Martins made the process of finding a new rental home in London easy. This was a relief given the current climate of competition & low supply. The requirement was also a standard 1 month’s rent up front alongside a deposit. This was greatly appreciated as my last rental required six month’s up-front - a sizable financial burden to a a single person renting, which did not result in a long-term rental. I was given a no fault eviction notice within the same contracted year. I am hopeful that this new rental will last until I buy a property.
