Unable to even get a serious test print of a high end carefully designed calibration tile to prove the machine is capable of meeting our needs and compare it to other contenders for ultra fine detail and CAD modelling, This also being a serious review of fine detail printers for a website and they wont take part in the review. What company doesnt want to show off how good they are. I read about poor customer service and experience this, very off-putting before we even start. Elegoo are playing ball as should any serious company, well done elegoo.
