Hi allI received an anycubic mono 2 as a Xmas present last year, it printed well and in good detail and initially I was very pleased with it. Then a few weeks ago it developed an issue with the build plate drive motor, I contacted anycubic customer service several times and received no responses. Then I looked at anycubic reviews and there seems to be a common problem with their customer service being none responsive, over 90% of the reviews are poor.I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone, the mark of a good brand is how they deal with problems which may arise, anycubic will lose out from me as I won't buy any of their consumables and would advise anyone looking to buy their first resin printer to avoid them like the plague .
