AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Awful experience has left me loosing part of my deposit and spending so much time trying to rectify their mistakes. Company is now ghosting my calls and emails and refusing a refund. 6 hours late, with no communication. Awful job that wasn't acceptable as end of tenancy clean. Mud, cobwebs and appliances never even touch. Unplugged the fridge without warning. Accused me of harrassment when I was trying to call them to find out what was going on. Refused refund, and tried to go back to the flat without warning me to re-clean instead. Given it was end of tenancy I no longer lived there, and Landlord refused re-entry. I've lost over £600 because of them.
