The company quoted me £520 for an end of contract cleaning of a 5 bedroom house that we sold - they collected £260 (half-the total in advance) to send a team of two people with all cleaning materials and tools to clean the house and wash the carpets..only one clearner showed up late we struggled and did not complete the agreed work, however when I contcated them they said their second cleaner has let them down - they appologised and refunded my £260.
