Firstly, my item(s) arrived very quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the main item, so I got in touch with customer support and, after sharing some photos of the issue, I've been told to expect a replacement. Not only that, but, they don't need a return of the faulty item. Certainly, from a customer service point of view, I can't fault them.
