Warning: AnyVan left me mid-move, demanded extra money, ignores complaints, and their “insurance” refuses to cover the first £300. UPDATE REQUESTED.I am writing in response to your recent message and to formally express my continued discontent with the service I received. The level of negligence, lack of professionalism, and disrespect I experienced is unacceptable and constitutes a serious breach of contract and consumer rights.Let me be absolutely clear: • I paid for a full-day premium service and was told I would be your only client that day, yet your team abandoned my move midway to attend another job, leaving me without my belongings for four full days. • You rescheduled my move multiple times, causing massive disruption and forcing me to cancel my Easter holiday so your team could return — and despite this, I was met with complaints from your team about having to work during the holiday. • I was pressured into paying additional money under duress • Furniture was damaged, and no resolution has been offered. • The stress was so severe that I had to seek emergency medical attention. • For more than a month, I received no proper communication, only vague and unhelpful responses over the phone. I only received a reply after escalating via email. • The compensation offered was minimal and does not even cover the amount I was forced to pay under pressure, let alone the damages and stress caused. • Finally, when I was contacted about this so-called compensation, I was spoken to in a deeply disrespectful manner that added further insult to injury.The treatment I received shows not only a complete disregard for contractual obligations, but also a disturbing lack of respect and concern for your customers’ well-being. I consider this experience an outright abuse, and I will not accept it in silence.I expect a full response addressing these points, as well as fair compensation for the financial, physical, and emotional damages your company has caused.
