Decided to purchase a special pan for my wife for Xmas and just to make sure it arrives in time I have ordered it on the 8th of December. So I was expecting my order. Only to receive an email 12 days later from aol to tell me they don't actually have that product in stock. They were false advertising the product in stock so they can order it from France then send it to me. And this time they had a problem with the supplier and couldn't get it before Xmas. So they decided to let me know 4 days before Xmas, after 12 days of waiting time that they don't have my order.
