They fail to understand that Australian Consumer Law applies IN ADDITION TO company warranties.Despite quoting legislation and official government websites. I have received the same "it is not covered by our warranty" so a refund cannot be processed.The support team (if there even is one) feels like youre speaking to a robot. And any questions left in the email do not get answered.I would never advise anyone to buy anything from Aostlecell or its other websites, knowing how poor the quality of their batteries are or the absence of customer service.
