Completely defective batteries, total waste of 3 months of time. Dell laptops will literally not even boot up with these batteries installed. Tried numerous laptops, 12 different batteries from 2 totally separate batches and orders, all the exact same result.Then to top it off, they said they couldn't send me a shipping label, but assured me not to worry, that they would reimburse me for return shipping.
