I ordered a Flourish and Blotts t-shirt the item arrived (it took 5 weeks) it bore little, nay practically no resemblance to the photos and information on the website.The printing was okay but the fabric was very cheap and shiny not the cotton in the ad. The overlooked seams were really hard and scratched my skin.I complained to the company and got the run around with over 20 emails between us.Part of the problem was they just didn't listen to why I was unhappy and they didn't want to take responsibility.If you buy from this company use PayPal etc so you have some protection.I had to raise the problem with PayPal only then did things get resolved.Buy from someone else.
