Very disappointed with Aoolia’s customer service. I simply asked to return a pair of glasses that don’t suit me, and instead of a straightforward return process, I’ve been stuck in an unnecessary back-and-forth email exchange.
Aoolia does not offer tester frames, so customers have no way to try before buying. Despite this, the website clearly states that returns are allowed if you’re unhappy with your purchase. In reality, they are making this process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.
Returning a product should not feel like an argument. This experience has made me hesitant to order again and I would caution others to be aware that the return policy is not as smooth as advertised.
