This company has, hands-down, the best customer service I've ever experienced. I've had a few glitches and the company resolved them immediately. Since then the tracker and controller have worked flawlessly. Recently I drove off with the controller on my roof and it smashed to a million pieces. It made me realize how reliant I am on it because I have a dog that likes to wander off and chase things for short periods of time! My replacement controller has been ordered and my happiness with this product continues.
