It's been a god-send-we're too old to run after him!When the controller failed to "wake up" I contacted the Service team who quickly responded and attempted to walk me through a few trouble-shooting steps.When that failed and because it was under warranty, they sent a replacement controller.After completing the "remove" and "binding" steps, the tracker and controller connected.We can again walk in the dense woods while still knowing where Bud has run off to.
