Got this Aorkuler dog gps tracker as a gift for my grandpa. He lives kind of out in the woods where the signal isn’t great, so this gives him peace of mind when he takes his dog for walks. The tracker is really simple to use, which is perfect since he’s not great with gadgets. His dog is his best buddy, and now he doesn’t have to worry about it running off. Really happy with it!
Shady company. Returned tracker immediately, got the runaround about a refund, never got one from the company. Thankfully Paypal credit pulled through for me. Tracker did not work well for my area and the speed of my dog. When I returned it, it went to someone's home address. Regardless of their reply below. Paypal credit never heard a response from them and they did not work with me as they stated below. So I had to go through a heck of a lot of headache to get a refund, almost 6 months later.
The Aorkuler Dog GPS Tracker 2 works well and as advertised. We appreciate being able to keep track of our dog without relying on cell phone service, as other dog tracking devices require. We have had success using it reliably on remote hiking trails, as well as in larger dog parks in the city. We did have trouble briefly with the tracker unit not charging, but when I reached out to customer service, they responded promptly (within 30 minutes of my email!) and gave a cleaning suggestion that quickly and simply resolved our issue! We appreciate the dog GPS tracker, and the customer service can't be beat! We recommend this product!
The product works very well, we use it on a daily basis for each walk, already for almost 2 years now, for shorter and very long walks. Also, Aorkuler has an exceptionally good after sales service in case of questions, orders, delivery, ....
I live out in rural Utah and cell service here is basically nonexistent. I tried Tractive first to track my escape artist, Lane, but most of the time it just didn’t work. When I contacted their support, they told me the issue was the lack of signal in my area — not their product. That didn’t help me at all, so I returned it.Then I found Aorkuler online. Before buying, I messaged their customer support with a bunch of questions, and they were super friendly and helpful. After I ordered, the tracker showed up fast and I started using it right away.Honestly, I was shocked that it actually works where I live. And anytime I’ve had a question or ran into a small issue, their support team replies really fast — sometimes in just a few minutes. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and you can tell they actually care.Now when Lane takes off, I can find him quickly instead of freaking out. This thing has been a total game changer for me. Highly recommend if you live in a rural area or don’t have good cell service.
I have tried the apple chips and found them useless. I have open fields and timber on my property and Aorkuler works really well in knowing exactly where she is in real time. I even tried the subscription type and it didn’t work as it should sent it back. Second time out she came back all wet been swimming and no problem. For my situation I recommend the Aorkuler.

For the past close to three decades I have had Labrador dogs. We are fortunate enough to live on our own estate with a fair amount of land to walk. The dogs are almost always walked off the lead. Inevitably one goes walkabout. These days it is our relatively young black working dog. I have tried three so called GPS systems, but each one requires a tie into the cellular service. Around us signal is usually poor, even more so in the woods. I stumbled on Aorkuler’s GPS unit on the internet as I was, again, desperately looking for a true GPS system that works. It has proven to be exactly what I am looking for. I have successfully traced my dog, sometimes over relatively long distances many times now. Success in tracking her down has been 100%.
