Bought 3 items and only received 2. I told them about this and they simply said their records show that they sent everything. Cool. I literally have no way to prove the LACK of something. Even though I ordered about 200€ worth of products and the missing one was about 5€, so if I was gonna lie about it, I wouldn't have chosen the most insignificant thing on the list. The order was also sketchy, it showed as partially delivered at first, I had two different tracking numbers. But in they end they gave me no explanation for this and just washed their hands of the whole affair. Not really conducive of trust...
