I ordered two rocking rider stable horses for my two grandson from AOSOM generated through Amazon. Both horses came defective. The buttons on the ears which create sound did not work and on one of them the part was missing the backing. I contacted Amazon who contacted AOSOM and they gave me two options. 1 was to mail me the parts and replace them myself (which would be hard to do because the parts are embedded into the ears) or 2 that they would refund me 28.00 so I could find a place to have them fixed. We all know it would cost more than that plus finding someone to do it.). It just disappointing that a person had to settle for options when they couldn’t make this purchase right. I spent over 120.00 for this company not to make good on their product. I live across the country of my grandsons just to know that it looks like the got a stuffed horse instead of what they should have received doesn’t sit right DO NOT buy from AOSOM.
