I brought my car to the above for a routine service, paid for in full, and it had no issues beforehand. After the service, a new fault appeared — one that was not present when I dropped it off. They quoted me £600 to repair it. Despite my efforts to resolve this matter, they refused to take responsibility.I find it deeply concerning that this issue arose immediately after their work, and I can only suspect that it may have been caused intentionally. Their customer service has been extremely poor, hindered by unnecessary bureaucracy and a lack of willingness to address the problem. Based on my experience, I would urge others to proceed with extreme caution when using this service center.
