I explained to Klun the Advisor my requirement and even though not straight forward he went out of his way to accomoidate. He then directed me to his manager Tony - who without any dramasa authorised the work - he took ownership of the cistomers requirement and advised his team to accomodate. I was then put in touch with the Matser Technicain Punal Vadgama - hes knowlwedge of Toyota cars was ridiculas - he was able to correct the seetings and gave me great advise on fuel efficencite, saftey feaures, battery care and making my car even more difficult to steal - very happy with the service.
