If you have a Supra DO NOT take it here. Garage is totally incompetent. I have a pretty much brand new 3000 Mile Supra. The car is almost totally brand new after driving 30 mins in it the car breaks down because of a battery fault which then caused the car to overheat (A common issue for the Supra a simple google would show you) Regardless it's an easy fix with a new battery. (After ringing Toyota roadside assistance who pretty much refused to come help btw) We put a new battery in and rescued the car. As a precaution and as the car was still under warranty the car went to Jemca for a health check. This is where the nightmare began. First the battery we had used to save the car from the motorway had to be swapped as it was not an official Toyota battery which is extra funny because the car uses a BMW one. The dealership couldn't source a battery and it was going to take weeks to deliver. So next day we went to BMW and got the battery for them. Then problem number 2 was that they would void the warranty if we did not wait for them to perform a pressure test. The kicker they needed some part to do this that had to get shipped in from abroad and was going to take weeks to get. Then the part arrived but needed a master tech to perform the test. Who knows what happened because they never answer the phone and promise calls back you will never receive but after a while I found out I had to wait for a special Supra tech to come down. He came and apparently signed the car off and it was good to go. (If only it was that simple) Now apparently the fan belt is making a funny noise and you guessed it that isn't getting done any time soon either. We had to complain and complain until some principal of Jemca has had to get involved to finally sort the issue. The Supra is arguably the flagship most expensive car toyota own and to Jemca it may as well be a spaceship. This is by far and away the worst experience I have ever had with a car ever
