Jemca Toyota Hendon - the worst place you can go ever. I had the worst experience with them and I want to warn everyone who’s planning to service the car there. I left my van there to change a hose from the air cooler. They changed a sensor (and charged around 400 pounds) without changing the broke hose and obviously the van was still broken (no power) , so I went back. They kept it for nearly 4 weeks .. saying that needs investigating. At some stage they ask me to pay 11 hundreds to change the air cooler and the hose . I said ok- just make it work. After 4 weeks I picked up the van and paid the money. But the car wasn’t touched , nothing changed. I called them and they said that I had to do the “alignment” on the van first,(even if I never needed alignment) , then comeback to them. I went back their garage and I asked why did they charge me if nothing has been done. The lady at the desk apologised and she said that a technician will come to talk to me. After 40 min the technician decided not to come. I asked for the manager and after a while , he came to see me. I asked him why I paid the money if nothing has been done on my car. He looked on the “invoice” and he said that he’ll investigate and will let me know. Funny enough, on the invoice I had 2 light bulbs changed, and a hose Bracket- (but not the broken hose). That cost 11 hundreds!! One of the lines from the invoice showed a screw (60pence) charged 300!!! Obviously the manager never called back and they didn’t give me the invoice back. I went to a normal garage after and they sorted out my van in 30 minutes- new hose. Please stay away- Hendon Jemca Toyota are a disgrace.
