Not many reviews on here about Jemca Toyota!!! Anyway, my review is about Jemca Toyota in Reading. I have been using them for 15 years and more, mainly for servicing etc of my Rav4 and daughters Aygo. But recently I have purchased a brand new Aygo X and although a few hiccups, they have always delivered. This is also down to the excellent customer experience which I have had by Paul E, one of the sales advisors. It's not rocket science, but a good sales advisor can make or break a deal, even though the Toyota products speak for themselves. If Paul E was not as great as he has been, I probably would not have upgraded to a new Toyota, especially a brand new one. The other staff members are also integral to all this happening and they have and are also very good. I'm looking forward to this continuing excellent service.
