I bought a new corolla from them 18 months ago. Went to start it 2 days ago and the battery was flat. Clearly an issue here. Had the RAC out and they changed the battery as need a car with 2 young children, and based on their recent service times they don't do anything quickly. Had RAC change it and the technician said to call up Toyota to have them check the car as this shouldn't happen. Called Toyota Jemca service today and they were so unhelpful and spoke to me like I was stupid. (in a way they're right as I bought a car from them)... Said that there is nothing wrong with the car, but they won't check it over, I shouldn't have had the battery fixed and that the car now has no warranty, and basically to stop wasting their time. Taking no ownership about their part that failed at all. Never been treated like this by a dealership. They're all nice when selling, but please beware aftercare is awful.edit 13.02.2023 - spoke to a lovely lady called Natalie from Jemca. Listened to the issues I had and was sincerely apologetic. Explained to me that the staff I spoke to were from their call centre who I was directed to from the Jemca phone number I dialled, and would be investigating with them. She was extremely helpful and appalled at the service I had experienced. Going to pop in next week or so to have a chat about the vehicle and issues. Upgraded to 3* as this was genuinely appreciated.
