I have a highly disappointing and frustrating experience I recently encountered at here. I had an appointment at 10 am for recall maintenance. To my dismay, I discovered that my car was left parked in the service center's parking bay until 3:30 pm when the actual servicing commenced. I received my car back at 5:30 pm, indicating that the service only took approximately 2 hours. This situation raises serious concerns about the management of appointments and the efficiency of service at your center. The 5.5-hour delay before my vehicle was attended to is unacceptable, and it resulted in a significant waste of my time. I find it perplexing that I was asked to arrive at 10 am for a service that only required 2 hours, leaving my car idle for an extended period without any apparent reason.I have checked a few times for the status, and everytime they just told me your car will be ready anytime by 5:30pm. They don't even checked with the technicians for the latest status. I don't feel they are willing to help.
