We were called by the garage saying that a part needed to be replaced, as it had been found to be near end of life at previous service. We therefore booked this in before going on a big European road trip. However, having left the car and cycled 45 mins home, it then transpired that they did not have, and could not get, the parts needed. We have to go on our trip without the work being done. This is the second time we have been completely let down because Jemca have inadequate systems.
