On the morning of Saturday 23rd March 2024 I visited my Toyota dealer Jemca in Bracknell to order a part for our Toyota Corolla. Gulnawaz Ashraf from their Parts Dept was extremely helpful and friendly and said the part should be in by Tuesday 26th March. Soon after 9am on the 26th I received a call from Gulnawaz to say the part was in, so I arranged to go and collect said part around mid-morning. On arrival, Gulnawaz promptly fitted the replacement part for me.The whole experience was excellent from start to finish, and I would just like to say a personal "Thank you" to Gulnawaz for all his help in the matter.
