My first parcel was lost, and unfortunately the replacement seems to be heading in the same direction.On April 10th, I was at home all day, yet the tracking states that delivery failed because I was absent at 13:46. This is simply not true, and no delivery attempt was made.The next day, the parcel was marked as "out for delivery" again, then sent back to the parcel center, with no explanation and no further updates since.This lack of reliability and inaccurate tracking information is extremely frustrating. Customers should be able to trust delivery notifications, especially when they make themselves available.I hope GLS can seriously improve both its delivery process and communication.
