Absolutely no way to choose a different delivery point given that I was not home for the past few days. The tracking site just tells you “delivery failed” without giving other options. Then today, without any email or text notification, the tracking site says “delivered at 17h05”. I was not home until 18h, again no package in my mail box. No information as to who received my package. Now I have to send a form to the sender?? No accountability or customer service from GLS. Worst delivery system I’ve experienced so far.
