GLS used to be - comfortably - the worst delivery service in France. Between 2017-2020 they were used almost exclusively by companies I ordered from online (probably because they ere cheapest) and they were useless. Today, however, I received a little map showing me precisely where the driver was 1 minute ago. Very useful, and resolves every problem I had with them before - never knowing where my parcel was; 'we called but you weren't in' messages that were clearly untrue; zero customer service. Credit where credit's due - perhaps GLS are turning things around ...
