I do not recommend this delivery company. This is my second experience with them, and again, I am faced with having to find solutions myself to deal with their lack of organisation and communication. I ordered furniture (so not something I can get delivered at a 'point relais' as I don't have a car) and received a text on Friday telling me the delivery will be on Monday. This was also confirmed by the shop where I bought the furniture. I only have the possibility of homeworking 3 days a month, with a maximum of one day a week, so naturally, I ask for homeworking for Monday. Only to see on Monday morning a change at 9:30am that the delivery will be Tuesday. I called GLS and customer service told me the parcel won't be delivered today as it is still in agency far from my town. GLS had plenty of time to notify me of such a delay. I would have been annoyed, but I could have adapted. And of course, when I said I could maybe make it work for a morning on the Friday, they reply the delivery is anytime from 8am to 6pm. I fail to see how that is 'adapting to your circumstances' as they so proudly mention on their website.
