Ordered an item from Cdiscount and they used GLS for delivery. It was supposed to be livraison a domicile and this is what the GLS tracking said. No attempt was made to deliver at all but it was just delivered to a relais point in a supermarket 15 minutes away. We had to do the drive instead of the company which had been paid to do it. Not the 1st time had trouble with GLS.
