Please see my reply belowA delivery of a thermostat was supposedly delivered to a safe location. Despite repeated calls and emails to your company no one knows where this safe location is. I was left no card, no text or no email telling me where this safe location is. Your company refuses to help any further for this abject failure and I have lost money as a result.
