Never have I come across a more useless, incompetent company since my 15 years in France. I ordered a product from zooplus over 10 days ago and despite being promised the delivery all I get is a message saying that 'Due to an incident they are unable to deliver.' Zooplus sent out a second parcel yesterday and guess what? The same message today. I would recommend you don't use this bunch of clowns. 20.3.25 I have just read the response from GLS who are trying to refer me to the supplier Zooplus. I have contacted Zooplus on many occasions - ticket numbers #25410454, #25435655, #25495608 concerning the first parcel that GLS failed to deliver 00JA5CJ8 and the replacement parcel 00JA65BL which has also not been delivered. I also wrote to GLS but received a standard response and a link. I do not hold Zooplus responsible for the incompetence of GLS Les Arc. Every time I receive a link stating that my parcel is out for delivery it has always shown as being at the delivery depot and not with the driver. Once again we approach the weekend and despite promises from both GLS and Zooplus that I am going to receive the Hills prescription diet food for my elderly dog I have my doubts. 21.3.2025 As suspected, I have checked the GLS website and both parcels are still at the depot, not being delivered today as promised. I would like to write what I really think of GLS but it's not printable....
