Wish I could give them negative stars. Said they attempted to deliver my package(they didn't, I was home all day by the door) The website won't tell me how to pick it up. Customer service won't respond when I ask them how to pick it up. The area where you can request to change the delivery doesn't work, and when I emailed customer service about that, they informed me that they checked with their team and the site was fine. This is apparently an auto - reply, as it arrived seconds after I sent the message. I received the same reply later, word for word, when I tried to contact customer service again.
