Ich bin jetzt in woche 17 und habe bisher 12,3 kg abgenommen.Ich hätte es selbst nie von mir erwartet, da ich immer ein "Sportmuffel" war, aber mittlerweile ist der Sport schon fast zur Sucht geworden und ich merke wie gut man sich danach fühlt.Meine Einstellung hat sich komplett verändert in Bezug auf Sport und Ernährung.Dennis hat mir nicht nur geholfen abzunehmen, sondern er hat mir eine ganz neue Lebenseinstellung geschenkt und dafür bin ich ihm so so dankbar.Mein erstes Ziel habe ich fast erreicht 💪🏽Freue mich schon auf die zweite etappe und den weiteren Weg mit Dennis als Coach❤️
