I am so beyond upset and frustrated I have been using this casino for months and have hardly won anything my account has also been verified when I first joined. I am only able to withdrawal $750 every 24/hrs (which is fine) I had 3 withdrawals pending and each day they would get cancelled and I received an email that due to technical error to complete the request again... Well the third time it got cancelled I received an email requesting more documents; a picture of the front and back of my debit card and then account information that has my name and all account details I sent that all in and THEN was advised I then needed to send in proof my bank card belongs to me? So I had to go to my bank and request this I sent it in and now all of a sudden, they will not reply... I am so beyond frustrated I am even a VIP member.... I have $2400 in winnings after winning something finally and I feel like they are just doing this to not pay me... Please be careful they are good and responsive when you deposit money but not when you win anything...
