I would give 0 stars if I could. Depots have no clue what's going on and you just get fobbed off with excuses. I genuinely cannot remember the last time a company managed to derail an entire couple of days the way they did. The drivers fail to show up anywhere near the delivery time slot and the schedule they provide is complete rubbish, that has zero connection to when or even if they actually deliver. The terrible service doesn't stop there. After speaking with customer service i was re-assured it would 100% be delivered by close of business the next day (day 3). This morning I ended up speaking with TIM, and I honestly walked away more annoyed than when I started. He had no idea that my parcel was definitely being delivered today. His attitude was flat out unhelpful, dismissive and completely uninterested in solving the problem. It was like talking to brick wall. After already wasting 2 days waiting for a delivery that never appeared, being faced with this topped it all off.
